We all reflect images, attitudes, energy back those around us.
And those around us in turn reflect our energy, attitudes and images back to us.
Sometimes this is a good thing, as we are projecting such beautiful energy outward.
And as you know, sometimes this is a challenging thing... as our ego may be feeling inflated and gross or we have opted in to a challenging energetic state.
What are your thoughts on that... do you feel that those around you are light filled and happy, or do you find yourself surrounded by energy suckers?
Wow... that's one that I have to look at too. Some days, I am surrounded by light, and other days... I feel like I have all my shields up.
What is the solution to this? The opportunity to grow is definitely here... but do I learn to better shield myself? No... that does not feel right. Let's let that question simmer for a minute while we go on to other subjects... similar ones.
I received the news yesterday that my sister had to have her beloved and long-time companion put down. Her dog was older and had opted into blindness, deafness and a thyroid condition. I know that our animals take on our challenges for us, so that we can go on to learn and grow without at least one block in our physical world to delay our adventure. Being human is a very juicy and sometimes messy endeavor... and it comes with different ways of blocking ourselves from having adventures that may be a little scary...
My sister's dog is just one example; it makes me question: what is it that she (the dog) was shielding her companion (my sister) from? First the thyroid, then going deaf and lastly, shutting herself up in a world without light...?
Then I look at my household companions. My husband's love: the schnauzer... diabetic (controlled with diet and insulin), and mostly blind. Loving and delighted to have company touching her and loving on her... but not allowed to go far from our presence due to her physical limitations....
My white cat: declawed at an early age due to aggression, and now not allowed to go outside due to the lack of protection, but still aggressive! and he also opts into crystals in his kidneys... and is very often peeing with blood in it...
What does it all mean!? And why is this coming up for healing now...?
I have looked at Louise Hay's "You Can Heal Your Life" book to try to gain some insight and understanding... and that's kinda scary... but truth often is...
Where are your animals taking on your challenges? Have you thought about why they do that?
I think that if we look around us and notice, not only the people that are drawn to us and reflect back to us what we are shining out, but also at our loving companions, our pets... we can better understand where we are and what we are experiencing... and if we want to change that experience.
Living the human life is gonna be JUICY!
Juicy is good .... Right?
When you embrace the life
that you have,
You can change the perspective of what you are doing.
What is your bucket list comprised of?
Do you HAVE a bucket list?
Looking at our own lives is one way to discover if we like where we are now.
If you don't like where you are... what are you going to do to change it?
Introspective moments are bitter sweet, because then we get to decide... do we stay or do we go... and ... are we finished here?
For now... I am going to meditate and think about my bucket list... and the reflections that are shining back at me...
Living in light and sharing it with you...!
Ride it Out!
